This web site was born from the realization that hundreds of real estate professionals - realtors, home inspectors, appraisers, building contractors and more - don't yet have web sites for their businesses. Upon closer examination, we found this was primarily due to two reasons: (1) the time it takes to decide what to do about your web site presence in terms of design, content and features, and (2) the high cost of web design services and hosting for realtors and real estate professionals.
RealtySites.info came about from an identified need in the marketplace for a clear alternative to the high-priced specialty web sites currently being offered to home inspectors and other real estate professionals. When we saw that the major players in this field are charging their clients thousands of dollars per year for even the most basic of web site services, we decided there there must be a better way.

By developing modular tools and integrating open-source components within a CSS template-based framework, we have come up with competitive product offerings to give real estate professionals more "bang for their buck" when it comes to web site development and hosting. Yalia Technology Design (www.yalia.com) is a small web development and design firm located in the mountains west of Boulder Colorado. We have a small in-house staff and also work with local contractors to balance our workload and deliver to the needs of our client base.
