Directory Listings
Inclusion in our free realtors directory is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline a directory listing at any time and for any reason, and we also reserve the right to edit descriptions. Keyword spamming is not allowed and will get your directory listing edited or deleted.
Acceptable Use Policy
We do not condone spam in any form, and will not host web sites which are advertised through unsolicited email, excessive newsgroup cross-posting, or off-topic newsgroup posts. What is considered spam is determined at our sole discretion. Sites in violation of this policy will be subject to suspension and/or termination without refund of any kind. Please note that for companies who are on a payment plan, termination of your web site does not release you from the legal obligation to pay for your web site, and sites that are in default will go to collections through our authorized agent.
If you feel that you have been spammed by a company who we are hosting, please contact us and we will take the appropriate action.
Pricing
Our listed pricing is subject to change with or without notice. Clients on prepaid annual plans have the best price protection. In the event of a pricing change, clients on monthly payment plans will be given the option to buy into the remainder of their contract at the old pricing or to go to a new pricing plan at the end of their payment cycle.
Payment Plans
Our payment plans are administered via PayPal subscriptions. Clients who do not make their subscription payments on time will be subject to account suspension and possible collection action through our authorized representative, D & B. Collection fees incurred will be the reasonability of the party in arrears, and may include late fees and/or interest charges. In the event that legal action is required, this will be conducted in and governed by the State of Colorado.
Referral Programs
Our referral programs may not be combined, so please select the program that is best for you. We manage our own referral programs, and calculate hosting credits and referral fees on a quarterly basis. In order to qualify for a corporate referral, the customer must fill out your name, association or web site address when they order a full price web site from us. In order to qualify for a hosting referral, customers must reference your name or web site on the order form. We pay out referral fees only via company check or PayPal. We charge a $5.00 fee for processing your referral via company check.
User Agreement
By utilizing this web site for any purpose, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions set forth herein. Furthermore, you agree to waive all rights to litigation and/or compensatory damages regarding the use of this web site. These terms may be updated at any time.
